Processing Times

We pack and ship within 3 business days of payment. Weekends and public holidays don't count, so if you order Saturday, we start Monday.

Shipping Rates

Enjoy free shipping across Australia on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of just $8.90 applies Australia-wide. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days, with delivery typically taking 10–14 business days due to the size of our products.

Delivery Timeframes

Heads up, delivery dates at checkout are estimates. A lot of what we sell through PERCHCATS is big stuff. Cat trees especially. Big items move slower, and different carriers have different timelines depending on where you are.

You'll get a tracking email once your order leaves us. If the tracking's gone quiet or something looks wrong, just message us. We'll look into it.

Issues with Your Delivery
