Processing Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Shipping costs for orders under $100 will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Delivery Timeframes
All delivery timeframes provided at checkout or in shipping confirmation emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Many of our products — particularly cat trees and larger items — are bulky in nature, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. If your tracking hasn't updated or you're unsure about the status of your delivery, don't stress — just reach out to our team and we'll look into it for you.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Australia, the United States, Canada, and New Zealand. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Issues with Your Delivery
