We started Perchcats because we know the truth every cat owner eventually accepts: it was never your house.

It's theirs. You just pay the rent and open the tuna.

If you've lived with a cat for more than a week, you already know. The couch arms are scratching posts. The top of the fridge is prime real estate. The one shelf you specifically didn't want them on? That's the throne now. Cats don't ask permission, they don't negotiate, and they absolutely do not care that you just bought that.

We're not here to fight it. We're here to work with it.

From the 3am zoomies to the 2pm nap sessions — from the "I will scratch this whether you like it or not" energy to the slow, dramatic full-body stretch before claiming the highest point in the room — cats live life entirely on their own terms. We figured their furniture should keep up.

Every Perchcats tower is designed around real cat behaviour. Not what looks good in a product photo. Not what's cheapest to make. Why We Built This

The honest version? We couldn't find what we were looking for. Cat furniture has always been either functional-and-ugly or pretty-and-useless. Stuff that holds up but looks terrible. Or stuff that photographs well but tips over the first time your cat takes a running jump at it.

We wanted both. Functional and good-looking. Tough and considered. Designed for cats, made for homes.

So we built it ourselves.
